What Ingredients are used?
- 1-2 cup of uncooked white rice or sushi rice
- 2-3 tablespoon of rice vinegar.
- 1-2 tablespoon of white sugar
- 11/2 teaspoon salt
- 8-10 avocado slices
- 4 nori seaweed sheets
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and cut into small strips
- 3/4 cups shredded crab meat
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon pickle ginger

Boil 11/3 cups of water. Add sushi rice to it and stir. After stirring, reduce the heat, cover and boil it for 20 minutes on low flame. In another small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Add the mixture into the rice.
Cut avocado slices and cucumber sticks from seeded peeled cucumber. Add mayonnaise to shredded crab meat.
Heat up the oven to 15 degree Celsius and place seaweed on a baking sheet and heat it in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
Place one sheet nori on a bamboo sushi mat. With wet hands, press rice onto one side of the nori. Press onto a thin layer.
Lay a row of cucumber sticks, avocado, ginger, imitation crab meat in a line down the center of the rice. Lift the end of the mat and roll it gently over the ingredients. Fold it to make a complete roll. Repeat the process with remaining ingredients for make more testy Rock and Roll Sushi.
Slice into 6-8 bite-sized pieces and serve with soya sauce.
